| | ABOUT ME | | Margaret Kisza's passion for homes dates back to 1993 when she first immigrated to Canada from Poland. She graduated with a Masters in Fine Art from the University of Arts in Poland in 1988. Upon arrival to Toronto, she used her artistic talents to successfully establish and run her own business in the Interior Design field. Her company 'Studio 88' became quickly well known amongst Toronto home owners because of her outgoing personality and her creative passion for decorating.
After many years in the Interior Design field, she realized the great opportunity that the Real Estate industry held for her to be able to express her love of homes. She immediately found a good working relationship and focused her career path on finding beautiful homes for beautiful buyers.
This relationship seems to be working for Margaret. Since obtaining her real estate licence she has made many Canadian families happy by finding them the home of their dreams. She is passionate about successfully negotiating every deal - big or small!
Margaret is recently expanding even further on the relationship between home decor and real estate. As a Realtor she is also focusing her efforts on Staging. Home Staging is a design process for home sellers to help create an environment that will lead a buyer's eye to the attractive features of a home while minimizing the homes flaws. This is achieved by re-arranging, de-cluttering and improving on a homes attractive features.
Real Estate holds a bright future for Margaret in which she can fully express her passion of creating living spaces for families by using her many skills as an experienced Interior Designer and Realtor.
